Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your Yukifu Japanese Exfoliating Shower Towel, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Yukifu does not offer free returns at this time.


Overview

We accept returns within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided all eligibility conditions below are met.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging and components are included and intact

  • The product shows only signs of careful handling — damage from misuse is not eligible

  • For hygiene reasons, exfoliating towels and body-contact products must not have been used or washed

  • Any defects were identified and reported immediately upon receipt

We reserve the right to decline returns where there is reasonable evidence that the item has been used or damaged after delivery.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used or washed

  • Products returned without prior written authorization from our team

  • Items missing original packaging or components

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care after delivery

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions


Return Request Process

  1. Email support@yukifu.store with the subject line: "Return Request – [Your Order Number]"

  2. Include the following:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Clear photos (required for damaged or defective items)

  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with authorization and return address instructions

    ⚠️ Do not send your return until you have received written authorization and a designated return address from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Yukifu.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@yukifu.store with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

In these cases, Yukifu will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refund issued to your original payment method

  • No additional fees charged

If declined:

  • You will be notified with the reason

  • The item may be returned to you at your expense upon request

    Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Refund Processing Times

  • Return review and approval: within 7 business days of receiving your item

  • Refund issued to payment method: within 5–10 business days of approval

  • Additional bank processing time may apply depending on your financial institution


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To get a different variant, please submit a return request for your original item (if eligible) and place a new order at www.yukifu.store.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order, before processing or dispatch begins.

To request a cancellation, email support@yukifu.store immediately with the subject: "Order Cancellation – [Your Order Number]"

  • If approved before dispatch: Full refund within 5–10 business days

  • If already shipped: Please wait for delivery and follow the standard return process


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank directly
