At Yukifu, we're committed to delivering your Japanese Exfoliating Shower Towel to you as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy covers everything you need to know from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday).

Orders placed on weekday mornings are generally processed within one business day

Orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend will begin processing on the next available business day

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification once it has shipped

Shipping Costs
Yukifu is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — shipping is always on us.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All Yukifu orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning:

Import duties, customs taxes, or levies assessed by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer

These charges are not collected by Yukifu at checkout

Yukifu is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are uncertain about potential import fees before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking details to become active after dispatch.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before submitting your order. Yukifu is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us at support@yukifu.store as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
Lost or Significantly Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window for your region, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution promptly.
